Overview
The BearingPoint Spring 2026 Deal Structuring Internship Training provides students with practical exposure to the corporate finance and transaction advisory process. Interns work alongside industry professionals to analyze transactions, assess valuation drivers, and understand deal execution from both advisory and client perspectives.
The program mirrors the workflow of a professional deal team—combining financial modeling, due diligence, and strategic client analysis. Interns gain experience applying technical and analytical frameworks used in mergers, acquisitions, and capital structuring engagements.

Responsibilities
Conduct company and transaction analysis to assess valuation, financing, and strategic fit
Build and adjust operating and transaction models to evaluate deal impact
Assist in preparing pitch materials and financial presentations for review
Research industry trends and comparable transactions to support advisory insights

Preferred qualifications:
