Overview
The Baker Tilly Spring 2026 Core Business Processes Internship Training exposes participants to the internal consulting and operational improvement work that supports corporate efficiency initiatives. Interns collaborate with Grant Thornton professionals to assess client processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven enhancements to finance, technology, and risk functions.
The program replicates the workflow of an advisory consulting engagement—emphasizing project scoping, process mapping, and solution delivery. Participants gain hands-on experience in operational analysis, stakeholder communication, and implementation planning across multiple industries.

Responsibilities
Support process improvement projects through data gathering and workflow analysis
Develop business process documentation and recommend optimization strategies
Prepare deliverables such as process maps, KPI summaries, and implementation briefs
Contribute to client-ready reports and internal presentations

Preferred qualifications:
Academic background in business, economics, operations management, or information systems
